J. Murray & Associates will perform project management during the installation or repair of our clients’ exterior waterproofing assembly. We manage the contract administration, perform quality assurance evaluations during the progress of the project and perform final inspections.

We provide our clients and facility owners with a level of confidence that the project was performed in accordance with the project documents and specifications. We assist our clients with the project close-out, including reviewing all of the close-out documentation, such as warranties and releases of liens.

After the project is completed, we will assemble a project history manual that includes all pertinent correspondence, inspection reports, photographic documentation, product information as well as copies of any applicable warranties for the client's future use and reference.
