We will perform site analysis as needed, as well as, destructive testing to identify existing or potential areas of failure. We will then consult with the building owner to determine pertinent items such as: budget availability and long-term building plan.

The project management team will assist the owner with selection of a contractor and all of the contract documentation necessary to initiate the final project. We will then perform project management and monitor the roof installation from start to completion.
