Project management is one of the most helpful services we offer. J. Murray & Associates will manage your roofing or re-roofing project from start to finish. We provide full time or part time monitoring of the project and resolve problems as they occur.

We provide thorough daily reports to the owner detailing what work was performed and exactly how the work was installed. We also assist the contractor with deciding how best to insure that the project remains watertight and that all details and the intent of the original design is followed.

When the project is completed we provide a detailed final inspection to insure that all roofing work was installed according to the original intent of the design. We obtain from the roofer the entire necessary close out documentation such as: warranties, release of liens, and any other certifications involved with the project. All of the daily reports, photo documentation, and product information are assembled into a complete project manual and presented to the owner.

Our involvement does not conclude with the project close out. We can also contact the roofing contractor upon notification that there is a problem with the new system and follow up to insure that the problem is resolved.
